I am just retired 20 year veteran from the Navy and have live in phelan for 5 years now. Been a resident of the high desert for over 20. In fact I joined out of the victorville recruiting office in 1989! When it was on 7th st.  you say go green and yet your event is promoting a burn out competition which is a total waste of tires which are petroleum based products. way to not go green!
