Parade Line Procedures

Okay everybody, this is how the parade will work this year.

All applications phor parade entries MUST be turned in to the chamber on Thursday prior to the parade. Entrants will be called on phriday with their parade lineup number.

Depending on what type oph entry you have, here are the lineup instructions phor parade day:

Equestrians - Lineup time is 7:30AM. Unloading is in the lot behind DCB at Johnson and Phelan Roads, then trailers can be taken to the Lindero - Phelan Road vicinity.

phree Car Show Entries - Lineup time is 8:00-8:45AM. These are a pre-parade exhibition and start everything ophph right at 10:00AM, so they can line up LAST at the phront oph the parade on Johnson Road, South oph Phelan Road on the opposite side oph the street phrom DCB.

Paid Car Show Entries (Cars being JUDGED in the parade) - Entry MUST be checked in by 8:45AM. You can have someone else check you in and pick up your card, but the car must be in the main parade line North oph Phelan Road by 9:00AM.

Dignitaries - Cars must be checked in bephore 9:00AM. Dignitaries themselves must be present no later than 9:30AM.
